Discover the incredible world of circus! Our flagship circus class programme is great, whether you just want to try something new or aspire to be a professional performer. Try your hand at juggling, take to the air on the trapeze and even get the chance to perform at SeaChange Arts events throughout the year

Circus encourages young people to be active, social and committed while keeping a strong sense of fun and enjoyment.

No classes in week commencing  17 Feb.

Seniors: 12 – 18yrs

Level 2: 

Designed for developing and/or students with existing level of experience and skills. Level 2 students will increase their fundamental knowledge of each discipline, advance moves, drops and acrobatics, as well as working on strength and flexibility.

  • Balls, clubs, spinning plates, diabolo, flower stick, hula hoop

How is a class structured?

Sessions begin with a warm-up game to get the bodies loose and ready for action; followed by a full body mobility warm up.

Each class would focus on 2 different disciplines where students will learn new skills and tricks to keep their progression.

Class finishes with a flexibility work to stretch the muscles recently used followed by a gente cool down.

What level is this class?

12 – 18 years old.

No previous experience is necessary.

What should I wear, bring to the class?

Comfy, loose clothing. Leggings/jogging bottom and t-shirt are ideal. No footwear is required as barefoot is advised. Long hair tied back. Bottle of water.
