Thursdays 3:00pm, Fridays 11:00am and Sundays 12:00pm
(40 minute sessions)
Our aim for these sessions is to encourage people to take part in outdoor exercises that are good for their health and wellbeing. Build your core strength, flexibility and balance utilising circus equipment and techniques. Sessions are a fun introduction to a range of circus disciplines and led by trained and experienced Circus Tutors.
Theses sessions are aimed at adults, but people aged 12+ are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
Please arrive early to sign up, and be talked through COVID-19 protocols.
What to bring: Face covering, clothing and shoes you can move easily in. Be prepared for possible weather changes…
Safeguarding: Extra staff, including a COVID-19 Compliance Assistant will be present to ensure the safety of all participants
Where to meet: Sessions will take place on St Georges Park, Great Yarmouth. Please rendezvous near Mermadelica (Cafe on park) and queue at a 2m distance from other participants.
How much are the sessions?: First Circus Fit session (August 6th) is FREE! The sessions thereafter are £4 each. Book online or please have the correct change ready, or you can pay using contactless on the day
