We’re looking to recruit a small, dedicated team of festival volunteers to support us with publicising the festival, stewarding, performance and show production.

We have a variety of roles that need support:


We’re always looking for the adventurous and the daring to let loose of their everyday cadence and free themselves to the world of public performance. A variety of roles will be listed here once the programme is announced. Stay tuned to our social media to keep up to date on all the opportunities we offer.

Back stage support

Being around the HQ marquee, supporting artists in various ways such as giving them directions.


To take care of the catering and bar area making sure it’s clean and tidy for up to 150 people.

Festival runner

To be on hand throughout the festival for all the last minute jobs.

Stage management support/stewarding

Managing and guiding crowds before and during performances, supporting walk about acts across the town, guarding pitches during performance breaks, assisting companies during performances.

Customer service

Info Point: selling merchandise giving general info about the festival, communicating performance cancellations and possibly liaising with security if there are lost children.


Handing out leaflets, promoting the festival, selling merchandise, such as balloons and T-shirts on a stall, cash handling.


Going out to people or a crowd asking for donations.

All Volunteers must be over 18 years of age.
